I spent twenty years in digital services, ten of them in governance, risk and compliance. I have watched many organisations buy an audit, receive a report, and change nothing, for lack of knowing where to start.

I founded Rethink Mindset in Geneva in March 2026 to work differently: start from what the organisation actually does, turn its obligations into documents it understands, and stay until the practices hold without me.

I work alone on the engagements I know how to run, and with partners (lawyers, technical specialists, auditors) when the question demands it. I say so rather than improvise.

I teach the regulatory modules and third-party risk governance on the MAS in information security at the University of Geneva, and I lecture on the Cyber Risk Management programme at ESM Geneva. Teaching forces you to explain simply: that is also what I aim for on engagements.
